Disposition versions
38. The Minister may exercise all the powers with respect to an agency that are conferred on the Minister by law with respect to a regional board.
In addition, the Minister may exercise the powers mentioned in sections 499 to 501 of the Act respecting health services and social services (chapter S‐4.2), on the Minister’s initiative.
