20. The Agence is required, in such cases and on such conditions as the Government may determine by regulation, to obtain the authorization of the Government or of the Minister, as the regulation may determine, to provide financial support.
Every regulation made under the first paragraph comes into force 10 days after its publication in the Gazette officielle du Québec, or on any later date indicated in it.
