75. Not later than 31 December each year, the Agency must file its financial statements and an annual management report for the preceding fiscal year with the Minister.
The financial statements and the annual management report must include all the information required by the Minister.

The financial statements and the management report must include all the information required by the Minister.
The management report must also comprise a section on governance of the Agency, including information concerning the board members, as specified in section 38 of the Act respecting the governance of state-owned enterprises (chapter G-1.02).
