Section 66
Disposition versions
66. A person who, in accordance with the applicable conditions of employment, refuses to be transferred to the agency is assigned to the agency until the chair of the Conseil du trésor is able to place the person in accordance with section 100 of the Public Service Act (chapter F-3.1.1). The same applies to a person placed on reserve in accordance with section 65, which person remains in the employ of the agency.
