60. Subject to the conditions of employment applicable to them, employees of the Secrétariat du Conseil du trésor assigned to the Direction des partenariats d’affaires in office on 17 April 2005 become employees of the Agence des partenariats public-privé du Québec provided that a decision of the Conseil du trésor providing for their transfer is made before 18 April 2006.
