75. The Auditor General shall have access to the records, documents and books respecting the accounts of each department and body which he is directed by law to audit.
He shall also be entitled to require from any member of the civil service and any officer or employee of a body contemplated in the first paragraph such information, reports and explanations as he deems necessary for the faithful performance of his duties.
