Disposition versions
74. (Repealed).
74. The Auditor General shall belong to the National Assembly.
The same shall apply to the Assistant Auditor General and to the other officers and employees of the Auditor General; such other officers and employees shall be appointed and remunerated in accordance with the Public Service Act (chapter F-3.1.1).
The Auditor General shall exercise as regards such officers and employees the powers that the said Public Service Act confers upon the chief executive officer of an agency.

The Auditor-General shall exercise as regards such officers and employees the powers that the said Civil Service Act confers upon the deputy head of a department.
