74. The Auditor General shall belong to the National Assembly.
The same shall apply to the Assistant Auditor General and to the other officers and employees of the Auditor General; such other officers and employees shall be appointed and remunerated in accordance with the Public Service Act (chapter F-3.1.1).
The Auditor General shall exercise as regards such officers and employees the powers that the said Public Service Act confers upon the chief executive officer of an agency.
