93.17. A contestation may be heard in camera if it is established to the satisfaction of the Court that the circumstances of the case justify in camera proceedings.

93.17. A summary appeal may be heard in camera if it is established to the satisfaction of the Court that the circumstances of the case justify in camera proceedings.

93.17. A summary appeal may, on the application of the individual, be heard in camera if he establishes to the satisfaction of the Court that the circumstances of the case justify in camera proceedings.

93.17. The hearing is public.
Notwithstanding this section, the court may order that the hearing be in camera whenever the individual requests it.
