50. The person objecting or his client may, within 14 days of the date on which the parcel has been entrusted to the clerk, apply to a judge of the Superior Court sitting in chambers to decide as to the confidential nature of the document.
A notice of at least three days must be given before the presentation of such application, to the Minister and the client concerned and, as the case may be, to the person objecting.

The advocate or notary or his client may, within 14 days of the date on which the parcel has been entrusted to the prothonotary or on the first day of the following term, apply by motion to a judge of the Superior Court sitting in chambers to decide as to the confidential nature of the document.
A notice of at least three days must be given before the presentation of such motion, to the Deputy Minister and the client concerned and, as the case may be, to the advocate or notary.
