94. (1)  No officer of the Commission and no person authorized to make an inquiry under this act shall divulge or allow to be divulged, except in the performance of his duties or with the authorization of the Commission or of a court, any information obtained by him or which has come to his knowledge in making or in connection with such inspection or inquiry.
(2)  Repealed.

94. (1)  No officer of the Commission and no person authorized to make an inquiry under this act shall divulge or allow to be divulged, except in the performance of his duties or with the authorization of the Commission or of a court, any information obtained by him or which has come to his knowledge in making or in connection with such inspection or inquiry.
(2)  Every person who contravenes any of the provisions of subsection 1 of this section shall be liable to a fine not exceeding fifty dollars, in addition to the costs.
