45. The amount of the indemnity to which a worker shall be entitled for temporary total or permanent total disability shall not be less than $35.
Where his weekly earnings are less than that amount, the indemnity shall be equal to the weekly earnings.
In the case of temporary partial or permanent partial disability, the indemnity shall be determined on the same basis in proportion to the impairment of earning capacity.

45. The amount of compensation to which a workman shall be entitled for temporary total or permanent total disability shall not be less than thirty-five dollars.
Where his weekly earnings are less than that amount, the compensation shall be equal to the weekly earnings.
In the case of temporary partial or permanent partial disability, the compensation shall be determined on the same basis in proportion to the impairment of earning capacity.
