119. Every employer who contravenes section 19 or 22 or subsection 7 of section 53 is guilty of an offence and is liable
(a)  to a fine of not less than $300, in the case of an individual;
(b)  to a fine of not less than $600, in the case of an artificial person.

(a)  to a fine of not less than $300, in the case of an individual;
(b)  to a fine of not less than $600, in the case of an artificial person.

119. Suits for the recovery of the fines provided for by this act shall be instituted by the Commission or in the name of the Commission by any person authorized by it; such suits shall be instituted, adjusted and executed in conformity with the Summary Convictions Act (chapter P-15).
