116. The employers in any unit, class of units or sector of economic activity may appoint a committee of not more than five employers to watch over their interests in matters to which this act relates.
The Committee may be the medium of communication between that unit, class of units or sector of economic activities and the Commission.

116. (1)  The employers in any of the classes of industries included in Schedule B may appoint a committee, consisting of not more than five employers, to watch over their interests in matters to which this act relates.
(2)  The Committee may be the medium of communication on the part of the class with the Commission.
