33. The Government may make special regulations respecting the conditions of the contracts and commitments in the name of the Authority and may determine in which cases such contracts and commitments shall be subject to approval either by the Government or by the Conseil du trésor; sections 40 to 49 of the Financial Administration Act (chapter A-6) shall apply to the Authority mutatis mutandis.
The Act respecting the Service des achats du Gouvernement (chapter S-4) shall not apply to the Authority.
