23. The fiscal year of the Authority ends on 31 March every year.
R. S. 1964, c. 134, s. 22; 1981, c. 7, s. 536; 1982, c. 49, s. 4.
23. The Authority may regulate traffic on each autoroute and fix tolls for its use.
Such regulations shall become executory after approval by the Government and publication in the Gazette officielle du Québec.
The regulations of the Authority may derogate from the provisions of the Highway Safety Code (chapter C-24.1) as regards the speed permitted.
