1. (Repealed).

1. In this act, the following expressions mean:
(a)  “autoroute” : a toll-charge, limited access, rapid-transit highway;
(b)  “Minister” : the Minister of Transport;
(c)  “Authority” : the Office des autoroutes du Québec established under this act;
(d)  “luminous sign” : any device for lighting a poster by electricity or gas and any luminous poster or poster covered with a reflecting paint or coating.
