9. (Repealed).

9. Every person is entitled to obtain a permit who applies therefor and who:
(a)  holds a diploma recognized as valid for such purpose by the Government or considered equivalent by the Bureau;
(b)  (paragraph repealed);
(c)  has complied with the conditions and formalities imposed under this Act and the regulations of the Bureau.

9. Every person is entitled to obtain a permit who applies therefor and who:

(b)  has passed the professional examinations of the Order;
(c)  has complied with the conditions and formalities imposed under this act and the regulations of the Bureau.
