Disposition versions
276. Until 25 January 2019, the reference to “the Autorité des marchés publics” in the first paragraph of section 21.2.0.0.1 of the Act respecting contracting by public bodies (chapter C-65.1), enacted by section 100, and the reference to “the Authority” in section 27.5 of that Act, as amended by section 141, are to be read as references to the Autorité des marchés financiers.
276. Until (insert the date that is six months after the date the first president and chief executive officer of the Autorité des marchés publics takes office), the reference to “the Autorité des marchés publics” in the first paragraph of section 21.2.0.0.1 of the Act respecting contracting by public bodies (chapter C-65.1), enacted by section 100, and the reference to “the Authority” in section 27.5 of that Act, as amended by section 141, are to be read as references to the Autorité des marchés financiers.
