34. Anyone who provides false or misleading information for the application of this Act and the regulations commits an offence and is liable to a fine of $5,000 to $500,000 in the case of a natural person and of $15,000 to $3,000,000 in any other case.

34. Anyone who hinders a functionary or investigator in the performance of the functions of office or misleads them by concealment or false declarations is liable to a fine of not less than $2,500 nor more than $250,000 in the case of a natural person and to a fine of not less than $7,500 nor more than $1,500,000 in any other case.
