95. The Minister may, after obtaining the advice of the Inspector General, authorize the constitution of a mutual benefit association.

95. The Minister may, after obtaining the advice of the Inspector General, authorize the incorporation of a mutual benefit association.

95. The Minister may, after obtaining the advice of the Inspector General, authorize the formation of:
(a)  a mutual fire-insurance association for any county municipality he designates where there is no mutual fire-insurance association carrying on business in an effective manner;
(b)  a mutual benefit association.
