93.25. Any interested person may, upon payment of the fees prescribed by regulation, apply to the Authority to order a mutual insurance association to change its name if the name is not in conformity with section 93.22.

93.25. Any interested person may, upon payment of the fees prescribed by regulation, petition the Inspector General to order a mutual insurance association to change its corporate name if the name is not in conformity with section 93.22.

93.25. The Inspector General may order a mutual insurance association to change its corporate name within sixty days of the service of the order if the name is not in conformity with the laws in force when the name was granted.
