93.238.3. The court, at the request of the guarantee fund, of a federation associated with the guarantee fund or of a mutual insurance association that is a member of the federation or at the request of the Authority, may, among other measures, order a director or officer who has contravened section 93.238 to render account and, where applicable, to remit any profit gained to the guarantee fund.
