93.214. The Authority shall dissolve the federation and the guarantee fund related to it by drawing up an act of dissolution to that effect which it shall transmit to the enterprise registrar who shall deposit in the register; the federation and the guarantee fund are dissolved 60 days after the date of the deposit.
