93.111. The Authority may issue updated articles to any mutual insurance association applying therefor.
For that purpose, the Authority shall, in addition to following the procedure provided for in subparagraphs 3 to 5 of the second paragraph of section 93.20, enter on each duplicate of the articles the words “updated articles” and draw up in duplicate a certificate evidencing the updating of the articles and indicating the date of issue.
