93.110. On receiving the articles of amendment, the accompanying documents and the fees prescribed by regulation of the Government, the Authority may, if it considers it advisable, amend the articles.
For that purpose, the Authority shall, in addition to following the procedure provided for in subparagraphs 3 to 5 of the second paragraph of section 93.20, enter on each duplicate of the articles of amendment the words “amended articles” and draw up in duplicate a certificate setting out the amendment and indicating the date on which it was made.
The amendment takes effect on the date indicated in the certificate of amendment.
