36. In respect of an insurance company constituted under a special Act, the Authority is substituted for the Government for the application of sections 18 to 20 of the Act respecting the special powers of legal persons (chapter P‐16).

36. The Special Corporate Powers Act (chapter P-16), except Divisions II and IV of the said act but subject to section 51 of this act, does not apply to insurance companies.
