22. The application for constitution as an insurance company shall be signed by each founder and filed with the Minister.
The application shall be filed together with the information prescribed by regulation, the proposed articles and the other documents prescribed by regulation. The Minister may also request any document or information the Minister considers relevant for the evaluation of the application.
The founders shall transmit a copy of the application and other documents referred to in the second paragraph and the fees prescribed by regulation of the Government to the Authority.

22. The application for constitution of an insurance company must be accompanied with the documents and contain the information prescribed by regulation; the Inspector General may, in addition, request any documents and information he considers necessary for the evaluation of the applicants’ plan.

22. The application for incorporation of an insurance company must be accompanied with the documents and contain the information prescribed by regulation; the Inspector General may, in addition, request any documents and information he considers necessary for the evaluation of the applicants’ plan.

The application for incorporation of an insurance company must mention, in addition to the other information required by the act and the regulations, the classes of insurance envisaged and the surplus capital contemplated. It must also be accompanied with the documents prescribed by the regulations.
