200.6. If the Minister confirms the by-law, the enterprise registrar shall, on receiving the articles of continuance, the accompanying documents and the fees set out in the Act respecting the legal publicity of enterprises (chapter P-44.1) that must be filed under the first paragraph of section 200.5, draw up a certificate evidencing the continuance of the company in accordance with the procedure set out in section 472 of the Business Corporations Act (chapter S-31.1).
The articles of continuance must specify the classes of insurance the company is authorized to transact.
The enterprise registrar shall transmit a certified copy of the articles and certificate of continuance to the Authority.

200.6. If the Minister confirms the by-law, the Inspector General shall give notice of it in the Gazette officielle du Québec, at the expense of the company that applied for continuance and issue letters patent to that effect.
