200.0.9. The articles of demutualization shall include the provisions required by section 5 of the Business Corporations Act (chapter S-31.1), except those required by paragraph 2, and may contain those permitted by section 6 of that Act.
The articles of demutualization must be filed with the documents prescribed by regulation of the Government and the other documents provided for in section 8 of that Act.

200.0.9. The articles of demutualization shall include the provisions of section 123.12 of the Companies Act (chapter C‐38) except paragraph 3, as well as those allowed by section 123.13 of that Act.
The articles of demutualization must be filed with the documents prescribed by regulation of the Government and the other documents provided for in section 123.14 of that Act.
