198. The legal person shall file an application requesting the Minister to confirm the conversion by-law and, in the case of companies, to confirm the by-law and authorize the enterprise registrar to draw up a certificate evidencing the conversion.
The application must be filed with the conversion by-law, the fees prescribed by government regulation and, in the case of companies, the fees set out in the Act respecting the legal publicity of enterprises (chapter P-44.1).
Before confirming the by-law, the Minister shall obtain the advice of the Authority.
