138. In accordance with the by-laws of the association, the directors may be remunerated and are entitled to the reimbursement of justifiable expenses incurred by them in the performance of their duties.

138. The directors shall not be remunerated. However, they shall be entitled to the reimbursement of justifiable expenses incurred by them in the performance of their duties, upon authorization or ratification by the board of directors.
