109. After requesting the advice of the Authority, the Minister may change any name in accordance with sections 93.25 to 93.27.4, adapted as required.

After requesting the advice of the Inspector General, the Minister may change any corporate name identical to another already existing one, any corporate name resembling another already existing one to such an extent that in his opinion they can easily be confused or again any corporate name likely to mislead the public as to the nature of the activities of the association it designates.
The Inspector General shall publish this change in the Gazette officielle du Québec. The change shall be effective upon the publication of such notice or from any later date fixed in the notice.
