16. (Repealed).
1975, c. 41, s. 16; 1977, c. 5, s. 14; 1979, c. 73, s. 14.
16. The other members of the commission shall be appointed for three years; two shall be chosen among the producers and two among the functionaries of the Government.
However, one of the first members chosen among the producers shall be appointed for two years, and one of the first members chosen among the functionaries shall be appointed for one year.
Every vacancy shall be filled for the remainder of the term of the member to be replaced.
