67. (Repealed).

67. Within 15 days from the service of the inscription, the secretary of the Régie shall transmit to the clerk of the Court of Québec a certified copy of the record relating to the decision appealed from and of every relevant document.

67. The Court of Québec may confirm, revise or revoke the decision appealed from. The judgment of the court shall be final and not subject to appeal. If the court revises or revokes the decision, the deposit of $20 shall be refunded to the appellant.
