467. The minimum and maximum fines prescribed by this Act are doubled for a second offence and tripled for a subsequent offence.

467. For the first subsequent conviction, the offender is liable to a fine of an amount that must not be less than double the minimum fine provided for that offence.
For any additional subsequent conviction, the amount of the fine must not be less than treble the minimum fine provided for that offence.

467. For the first subsequent offence within two years, the offender, in addition to costs, is liable to a fine of an amount that must not be less than double the minimum fine provided for that offence.
For any other subsequent offence within two years, the amount of the fine must not be less than treble the minimum fine provided for that offence.
