Disposition versions
464. Every person who makes a false declaration or, without reasonable cause, the proof of which lies on him, impedes or attempts to impede an inquiry, an inspection, an examination or a hearing of the Commission or refuses or fails to comply with an order or decision of the Commission is guilty of an offence and liable to a fine of not less than $1,000 nor more than $10,000 in the case of a natural person and to a fine of not less than $2,000 nor more than $20,000 in all other cases.
464. Every person who makes a false declaration or, without reasonable cause, the proof of which lies on him, impedes or attempts to impede an inquiry, an inspection, an examination or a hearing of the Commission or refuses or fails to comply with an order or decision of the Commission is guilty of an offence and liable to a fine of not less than $300 nor more than $500 in the case of a natural person and to a fine of not less than $500 nor more than $1,000 in the case of a legal person.
464.
