417. Commissioners shall devote themselves exclusively to their office.
They may, however, carry out any other mandate entrusted to them by order of the Government after consultation with the president of the board.

417. A party to an appeal other than an appeal that must be heard and tried by preference shall, within three months of the declaration of appeal, file in the office of the board of appeal where the appeal is brought
(1)  a list of the witnesses he intends to have heard; and
(2)  a copy of the medical documents and reports he intends to invoke that are not already in the record transmitted by the Commission.
Where a party contemplated in the first paragraph does not intend to have witnesses heard or to produce documents, he shall within the same time limit file a notice to that effect in the office of the board of appeal where the appeal is brought.
