416. In addition to observing conflict of interest requirements and the rules of conduct and duties imposed by the code of ethics established under this Act, a member must refrain from pursuing an activity or placing himself in a situation incompatible, within the meaning of the code of ethics, with the exercise of his office.

416. The Commission may intervene before the board of appeal at any time until the end of the proof and hearing.
Where the Commission wishes to intervene, it shall send a notice to that effect to each of the parties and to the board of appeal; it shall then be deemed to be a party to the appeal.
The same applies to the worker concerned by an appeal relating to the application of section 329.
