413. (Repealed).

413. The Government shall, after consulting the president, establish a code of ethics applicable to the members of the board.
The content of the code may vary according to whether it applies to a commissioner or to a member other than a commissioner.
The code shall come into force on the fifteenth day following the date of its publication in the Gazette officielle du Québec, or on any later date indicated therein.

413. An appeal is brought by means of a written declaration filed in the office of the board of appeal of the region in which the domicile of the worker is located or if the worker is domiciled outside Québec, of a region in which the employer has an establishment.
Where no worker is party to the appeal, it is brought at the office of the board of appeal of a region in which the employer has an establishment.
