407. (Repealed).

407. The Government shall designate, among the commissioners, a president and at least two vice-presidents.
They shall be designated by the Government after consultation with the Comité consultatif du travail et de la main-d’oeuvre established under section 12.1 of the Act respecting the Ministère du Travail (chapter M-32.2).
