197. The Commission shall reimburse the Régie de l’assurance maladie du Québec for the cost of the services contemplated in section 196 and any administrative expenses attaching thereto.

197. The Commission shall reimburse the Régie de l’assurance-maladie du Québec for the cost of the services contemplated in section 196 and any administrative expenses attaching thereto.
In the case of employment injuries which do not render workers unable to carry on their employment after the day on which their injuries appeared and which give rise to no benefits other than those for services rendered by a physician, the amount of the reimbursement for one year is equal to 5,4% of the total amount, for that year, of the cost assumed by the Régie for the other services rendered by the physicians under this Act and for the administrative expenses attaching thereto.
