4.7. (Repealed).

4.7. The Minister, before deciding to withdraw recognition from a manufacturer or wholesaler, shall send to him, at least 30 days in advance, a notice setting out the actions that are alleged against him.
The manufacturer or wholesaler may, before the expiry of the period of notice, present his point of view.
