4.2. The price of a medication the payment of which is assumed by the Board is the price of medications sold by a manufacturer or wholesaler recognized by the Minister according to the conditions determined by regulation of the Minister and established in accordance with the method shown on the list, or the price indicated on the list for each medication.
In no case may the price exceed the maximum amount indicated on the list, where that is the case.

4.2.
