32. When the Board forwards a payment to an insured person after the latter has presented a statement of fees for insured services furnished by a professional who has withdrawn, it must, at the same time, give a written notice thereof to that professional; the latter shall not exact or receive from the insured person any payment of fees for insured services before he receives that notice. A professional who has withdrawn who contravenes this section is guilty of an offence and is liable to the fine provided for in section 31.

When the Board forwards a payment to a beneficiary after the latter has presented a statement of fees for insured services furnished by a professional who has withdrawn, it must, at the same time, give a written notice thereof to that professional; the latter shall not exact or receive from the beneficiary any payment of fees for insured services before he receives that notice. A professional who has withdrawn who contravenes this section is guilty of an offence and is liable to the fine provided for in section 31.

32. When the Board forwards to a resident of Québec an amount of fees which has been claimed from such person for insured services by a professional who has withdrawn, it must give notice thereof at the same time to the professional who rendered such services; such professional may, from the receipt of such notice, claim such amount of fees from his patient before the courts but he shall not do so before such time.
