80.5. A pharmacist who contravenes the first or second paragraph of section 8.1.1, section 8.1.2 or section 8.1.3 is guilty of an offence and is liable to a fine of $2,500 to $25,000.
The same applies to an accredited wholesaler who contravenes the third paragraph of section 8.1.1.
