46. No insurer may, as regards that part of coverage that corresponds to the basic plan, invoke against a policy-holder, beneficiary or member any policy clause or Civil Code provision under which the insurer would otherwise be authorized to deny or reduce coverage.

46. No insurer may, as regards that part of coverage that corresponds to the basic plan, invoke against a policy-holder, beneficiary or plan member any police clause or Civil Code of Québec (Statutes of Québec, 1991, chapter 64) provision under which the insurer would otherwise be authorized to deny or reduce coverage.
