Disposition versions
98. Vacancies on the board of directors shall be filled in accordance with the rules governing appointments to the board for the unexpired portion of the term of the member to be replaced.
Absence from the number of board meetings determined in the internal by-laws of the Conseil de gestion, in the cases and circumstances specified therein, constitutes a vacancy.
