14. Every person who obstructs an inspector or a medical practitioner in the performance of his duties under this Act and the regulations is guilty of an offence and is liable to a fine $50 to $500.

14. Every person who obstructs an inspector or a medical practitioner in the performance of his duties under this act and the regulations is guilty of an offence and on summary conviction is liable to a fine of not less than $50 and not more than $500 or to imprisonment for not more than six months or to both fine and imprisonment.
