99. If the insurance contract is annulled or cancelled before the date of expiry, the insured must surrender the certificate of insurance or temporary certificate to the insurer, who must notify the Société of the annulment or cancellation of the policy without delay.
The Société may also require the insurer to notify it of the non-renewal of the insurance contract.
