150. The funds of the Société which are required for the administration of this Act and the Act respecting the Société de l’assurance automobile du Québec (chapter S-11.011), and the funds which are necessary for the promotion of highway safety shall be taken out of the amounts collected by the Société under sections 21, 31.1, 69, 93.1 and 624 of the Highway Safety Code (chapter C-24.2).
The funds of the Société shall include
(1)  the amounts received pursuant to an agreement made with any government, any department of such a government or any public body;
(2)  the amounts recovered where subrogation or an action against a person who caused an accident is permitted by this Act, insofar as it is applicable.

150. The moneys required for the carrying out of this Act are taken from the sums paid by the Minister of Revenue under section 55.1 of the Fuel Tax Act (chapter T-1), and the amount collected by the Régie under sections 13 and 72 of the Highway Safety Code (chapter C-24.1).
The Régie and the Fonds d’indemnisation are also maintained out of the amounts recovered by them where subrogation or action against the person who caused the accident is authorized by this Act, as well as out of the sums corresponding to the share of the fines allocated to it by the Government in accordance with section 564 of the Highway Safety Code.

150. The moneys required for the financing of the Régie and of the Fonds d’indemnisation shall be collected by the Régie, in accordance with sections 6.1 and 15 of the Highway Code (chapter C-24) and by the Minister of Revenue in accordance with section 55.1 of the Fuel Tax Act (chapter T-1).
The Régie and the Fonds d’indemnisation are also maintained by the amounts recovered by them where subrogation or action against the person who caused the accident is authorized by this act or by the Highway Victims Indemnity Act (chapter I-5) so far as it is applicable.

150. The moneys required for the financing of the Régie and of the Fonds d’indemnisation shall be paid to the Régie by the Bureau des véhicules automobiles, in accordance with sections 6.1 and 15 of the Highway Code (chapter C-24) and by the Minister of Revenue in accordance with section 55.1 of the Fuel Tax Act (chapter T-1).
The Régie and the Fonds d’indemnisation are also maintained by the amounts recovered by them where subrogation or action against the person who caused the accident is authorized by this act or by the Highway Victims Indemnity Act (chapter I-5) so far as it is applicable.
